An assistant chatbot helps our office manager and team in everyday tasks like sending documents, ordering stationery, arranging repairs, or buying something for the office.
The bot works in Telegram and can be started using a QR code. When someone leaves a message in the bot, a task appears in Redmine, and the office manager or responsible person will receive a notification. Once the request is completed, the person who reported the issue will be notified as well.
