The concept of a minimum viable product (MVP, minimum viable product) is an early version of the product that solves at least one problem of a potential customer. The main value of MVP is that you can spend a little time on design and development, and very quickly get feedback from your users. All this will help to understand in what direction you should go and what should be improved.
MVP – is this version of the product, which has the necessary minimum capacity to ensure its viability in the marketplace. At this stage there is no additional or secondary functions, but only what is the essence of service.
The essence of the MVP demonstrates the picture on the right - instead of spending much more power, time and money to develop a conceptual design, it is possible to produce a minimal version of the project, have fun and positive feedback to produce an improvement project, once again have fun and feedback and so do the product.
