Operational Challenges and Project Development

Upon completion of the main development, we propose to sign a support agreement.
The support includes the full range of services that we offer during the project: marketing analysis, design, front- and back-end development, administration of servers.

After signing up site support agreements, we provide access to your project in our task management system - Redmine. We allocate the project manager (PM), who will be assigned to your support project, he will manage the work, communicate, and coordinate all issues and reports.

If the task is clear, then we estimate it in work hours, if this estimation fits you - we will start working on the task. If the task is unclear, we ask for clarification questions, for example, "what button and where do you want to place?". Then proceed to the estimation and agree it with you.

After the estimation is approved, we work on the task and give feedback on the execution.

At the end of the month, we sent a report with all the tasks performed. You pay only for the number of hours approved upon in the tracker for each task. If there were no tasks, then you do not pay anything.

The cost of support is based on the hourly rates of specialist.
Bugs/errors that were not marked during testing, we fix for free all the time of existence of the project (with a signed Support Agreement, in accordance with the classification of errors in the Agreement).

Issue tracker: you can create tasks and monitor the process of implementation

Services of the team in the amount are cheaper than salary of one highly qualified specialist on full-time
